This was a prime choice for a holiday in Flint with high value for money. The grounds and landscaping were beautiful to walk around. For anyone visiting, check the Wi-Fi before settling in.

missingWrote a review on Sept 03limited outdoor seating
In my wife’s opinion, the outdoor pool could use more seating. Also, a little more space in our room would have been ideal for a family of four staying for three nights.

Had an amazing trip with friends! We explored Camp Mary Orton for zip lining and trails, then enjoyed the beautiful pools at the hotel. The breakfast was top-notch, with a great variety. Staff were super friendly, making our stay very welcoming.
One small issue was that the in-room dining took a bit longer than expected, but the food was worth the wait!

missingWrote a review on Jul 16comfortable roomfriendly staffdisinterested check-inearly pool closingnoise disturbances
An enjoyable stay highlighted by a well-appointed room and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, especially the made-to-order omelets. However, check-in was inconsistent. while one staff member was engaging, another seemed disinterested. Accessibility was a challenge, lacking convenient indoor access to The Pub, and the indoor pool's closing time felt early. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, despite occasional noise disturbances.

Recommend it for Families with Kids
The staff were so refreshing, especially that amazing woman at the front desk with the head wrap. She went above and beyond, you know? And the outdoor pool? I mean it looked like a freakin resort. Totally a vibe for families. We were chillin’ with the kids and it was perfect.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was still fair for what we got.

missingWrote a review on Jul 04charming outdoorspacious roomample amenitiescleanliness issues
The outdoor areas provided a charming escape, perfect for leisurely strolls. The spacious rooms offered ample amenities, such as a nice large desk and effective air conditioning, creating a comfortable environment for relaxation.
Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed during my entire stay, which was a big letdown for someone craving a swim. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I found visible mildew in the bathroom and a clogged tub drain that maintenance didn’t entirely clean after fixing. The refrigerator was quite small and tricky to access, making it a challenge to grab a drink when needed. While I appreciate the effort, some amenities felt neglected and just didn’t meet expectations.

I loved the beautiful grounds with the stunning fountain! 🌟 However, the noise from neighboring rooms was a distraction. Overall, a lovely stay, but some soundproofing would help.
